This is Rosemary that I picked from my garden which is Organic. I infused it in Italian Organic Light Olive Oil so not only can you use it on your skin, you can use it to cook with also.
Rosemary the plant is very good for clarity and memory. Take a few drops and put it on your temples and also just breathe it in. It is excellent for focus.
It is also good the hair let it sit for a few minutes then wash it out. If you have dry hair you can actually take a few drops and massage it into your scalp and leave it there.
