This is Rosemary that I picked from my garden which is Organic. I infused it in Italian Organic Light Olive Oil so not only can you use it medicinally; you can use it to cook with also.
Rosemary is very good for clarity and memory. Take a few drops and put it on your temples and also just breathe it in. It is excellent for focus.
It is also good to help grow hair. You can put this into your hair, let it sit for a few minutes then wash it out. If you have dry hair you can actually take a few drops and massage it into your scalp and leave it there.
It is also good for muscle aches and pains
You can take a few drops and put it into a salad or use it to cook chicken.
