Organic Lavender Hydrosol

from $12.00

This lavender hydrosol was born right in my garden, where both Lavandula × intermedia ‘Grosso’ and English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) thrive side by side. I harvested them together at their peak in July, gently dried the blossoms, and distilled them in small batches.

The result is a beautifully aromatic blend—soft, herbaceous, and subtly sweet. I originally crafted it for my own formulations, but with a bit left over, I’m delighted to offer it to you as well.

So, what is it good for?

Because it is so much gentler than the essential oil, it can be sprayed on children.

It is excellent for calming, to use when one gets a sunburn, use it as an insect repellant to ward off mosquitoes. You can spray it on a burn, use it as a face toner and if you spray it on your hair after you wash it, will make your hair shiny.

It was distilled in late July 2025 then frozen. I defrosted it in March 2026 and it still smells and looks fresh. Shelf life now is one year
