This is a natural cocoa flavor composed of cocoa powder, invert sugar and other natural flavors plus around 45% Organic Natural Alchohol. . This flavor is designed to enhance food and beverage products with a rich, deep cocoa flavor.
The dosage is very low, so the alcohol doesn’t impact anything. Just try it out at 0.5% dosage which is about ½ to 1 drop in coffee, ice cream or even milk.
Use around 5 drops in a batter of cookies, brownies or in cakes you bake.
It is similar to the vanilla extract i sell but more highly concentrated so you only need a very small amount. When cooking the organic alcohol will burn off and evaporate.
The smell is similar to rich chocolate and while i was pouring it into the bottles the entire house smelled from chocolate that is how aromatic it is.
So if you are looking for something to enhance your food product, this is a good choice.
