Blue Spruce & Elemi R/A/C Resin Salve

Sale Price: $10.00 Original Price: $20.00

My allergies are killing me. April is a bad month for me especially in NJ this Spring. Our weather has been going up and down and the plants do not know what to do. I have been using an Aromatherapy inhaler but i needed something more.

I was gifted Blue Spruce Resin (Picea pungens) by a good friend who grows these trees.

This resin The Navajo Native Americans use this tree as a traditional medicinal plant and a ceremonial item, and twigs are given as gifts to bring good fortune. In traditional medicine, an infusion of needles is used to treat colds and settle the stomach.

“This resin infusion is traditionally appreciated for its comforting, soothing qualities when used externally, helping the skin feel calm and well‑nourished.”

I infused it in FCO for 60 days. It has a piney type smell.

Madagascan Elemi Resin (Canarium Madagascariense)

This resin comes from Madagascar and is quite sticky and it is rolled into a ball and sold that way.

It is a bit different than the one sold in the Philippines, its chemical profile is different, so is its Latin name. I infused it in FCO ( fractionated coconut oil) for 60 days.

It has a balsamic, lemon, pine, and frankincensey smell that helps to maintain a normal healthy immune system.

Combining them together and adding natural beeswax which is excellent as long as you are not allergic to bees, rounds this out to be a wonderful salve.

Take a little bit and massage it around your nose. You can also use it as a chest rub. ..

Here’s an FDA‑compliant rewrite that keeps the meaning without making medical, therapeutic, or condition‑related claims (rheumatic pain and respiratory issues are both prohibited drug claims):

“This resin infusion is traditionally appreciated for its comforting, soothing qualities when used externally, helping the skin feel calm and well‑nourished.”
